Presentation
Leave the front of the room empty when students, guests, or a panel will stand there. The audience sits in rows with a center aisle, far enough back that a presenter can move without standing in someone’s lap. Pull the first row forward in the planner if your room is shallow.

- There is no presenting, and the empty stage is wasted space
- The room is too short for both a stage and the seats
- You need groups rather than an audience
